It usually takes less than 2 months from the date of submission.

Authors should register themselves as an author using the our online submission link in the journal website scj.kashanu.ac.ir. After receiving the username and password via e-mail, the authors could sign in and enter their paper information to submit their manuscript.

Sending the revised version of the manuscript through e-mail is not accepted in SCJ. Resubmitting the manuscripts should be done through the SCJ’s online submission system. The revised manuscript should be sent via the same ID as the original one.

The reviewers’ comments will be sent to the author through the SCJ’s online system. Entering the User Name and Password, the author can access the comments in his/her personal page at scj.kashanu.ac.ir. The corrected manuscript should be uploaded along with the mail entitled “Response to reviewer”.

The order of the authors' names after the acceptance of the manuscript can not be changed in any way. If the corresponding author intends to add, delete and change the order of the authors' names, he must do so before the final acceptance of the manuscript. For this purpose, the he/she must send his/her request to the editor in a letter signed by all the authors of the manuscript and states the justified reason.
